Prenatal Bliss Retreat
The beautiful Prenatal Bliss Retreat will allow you to recharge, relax, reflect and connect with your baby in a nurturing and supportive environment. Whether this is your first pregnancy or third it’s the perfect time to allow yourself some time out from your day to day life.

- How to be organised for your birth session
- General information: Useful books, products, post natal ailments
