FREE Mindfulness & Gentle Movement Session - Jo Surkitt

Stay for a light lunch before you head back to work.

Enjoy some downtime with a stretch & gentle movement along with some breathwork and Mindfulness Meditation.

Wednesdays in May beginning Wednesday, 8th May at 12.30pm for 30 minutes.  Bookings not required, just arrive 5 minutes prior
