Disco Dancing - What an awesome form of exercise - and here is the proof

What a fun way to spend a morning. Cathy's Crazed Institute of Go Disco ran a one off class with Go Disco in Torquay mixing all of those fun dance fads from the 60's, 70's and 80's music with a focus on funky disco moves. It was a great way to exercise, have fun, laugh hugely and everyone enjoyed themselves. This hour class left everyone feeling uplifted, inspired and energized.
